Repeat Customer Recognition
Recognizes a returning customer across visits — entirely on-premise, with no identity ever leaving your building.
OKKHI ANALYTICS · THE FLOOR, UNDERSTOOD IN NUMBERS.
Visitor faces are embedded and clustered on-premise to recognize a repeat visit without storing or exporting any external identity — no name, no ID card, no data leaving your server. A returning customer is matched to their visit history; a new one gets a fresh anonymous profile.
This is a foundation for better service, not a surveillance product: it tells staff someone has been in before, so a second visit doesn't start from zero — without needing a loyalty card or an app.
A salesperson has no way to know a visitor already came in last week and looked at the same two models — every conversation restarts from zero.
Showrooms and branches wanting service continuity across a customer's visits
Staff know a customer has visited before, and how many times — with zero identity data ever leaving the building.
STEP 1Capture
Entry and desk cameras capture visitor faces at normal distance.
STEP 2Embed
A local, on-premise model computes a face embedding — nothing leaves the server.
STEP 3Cluster
New embeddings are clustered against recent visit history.
STEP 4Match
A returning visitor is flagged with their visit count.
