INS-01

Fill Level Inspection

Catches under- and over-filled containers against learned reference levels, with per-SKU calibration in minutes.

OKKHI INSPECT · QUALITY CONTROL THAT NEVER BLINKS.
Fill Level Inspection — annotated camera view

Continuously measures the liquid or powder level of every container that passes the camera and rejects anything outside tolerance. The system calibrates to a new SKU from a handful of good samples — no dataset collection campaign, no GPU on the line.

Every decision is journaled with an image, so QA can audit any unit, any shift, months later. Tolerances live in one config file your line engineers control.

The problem

Underfills trigger complaints and regulatory exposure; overfills quietly give product away all shift. Human spot checks sample a fraction of the line and miss the drift.

Who it's for

FMCG and pharma plants running bottling or filling lines

The outcome

Every under- or over-filled unit is rejected before it ships — with an image trail QA can audit months later.

How it works
STEP 1Capture

An IP or industrial camera watches each lane; every container is imaged as it passes.

STEP 2Locate

Each container is isolated and tracked so one unit is never measured twice.

STEP 3Measure

The fill boundary is measured against learned full/empty references for the SKU.

STEP 4Act

Out-of-tolerance units trigger the reject diverter; every decision is logged with an image.
