Abusive Language Detection
Listens for abusive or threatening language at ATMs, counters, and call centers — and alerts while the interaction is still happening.
OKKHI ANALYTICS · THE FLOOR, UNDERSTOOD IN NUMBERS.
Audio from ATM booths, branch counters, or call recordings is transcribed on-premise in real time and checked against a configured list of abusive or threatening phrases — no audio ever leaves the building, and no cloud speech API is involved.
A match writes a timestamped clip and transcript snippet to a local, encrypted log and raises an alert to security or the branch manager — giving staff support during a confrontation, not just a record of it afterward.
Abusive or threatening language at a teller counter or ATM is a safety signal — but unless someone is listening live, it only becomes visible after a complaint is filed, if at all.
Banks, ATM networks, and call centers responsible for frontline staff safety
Abusive or threatening language is flagged the moment it's spoken — support arrives during the incident, not after a complaint.
STEP 1Capture audio
Booth, counter, or call-center audio streams into the edge server.
STEP 2Transcribe
On-premise speech-to-text converts audio to text in near real time.
STEP 3Match
Transcript is checked against a configured abusive/threatening word list.
STEP 4Alert
A match raises an alert with the clip and transcript — nothing leaves your servers.
